Managing Director:

Lucinda van Rensburg - BLC, LLB,DIP IR, LLM, LLM (Gen)

Lucinda obtained her BLC and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. She also holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations (cum laude) and a Masters degree in Labour
Law (UP). Lucinda also received a Master’s degree (LLM) General (cum laude), focusing on National and International Environmental Law, Specific Contracts and Constitutional Law.

She has work experience in private practice as well as corporate industry where she was employed as legal advisor, attorney, conveyancer and notary of the Supreme Court. Lucinda is a member of the Law Society of South Africa, the Environmental Law Society as well as the Institute of Directors’ SHE Portfolio Committee.  

Lucinda is involved in legal training, workshops, seminars and legal compliance auditing and legal registers at Implex.

Director:

Robert Steyn - B.Proc

Robert obtained a B. Proc degree from the University of Potchefstroom. Work experience includes Articles of Clerkship and 6 years as Assessor for Rand Mutual,specialising in the Mining Sector.

Robert was a Legal Services consultant at NOSA. At Implex, Robert specialises in SHE Legal registers; Legal compliance audits and training.

Director:

Tasneem Khan – LLB

Tasneem received an LLB degree from the University of Potchefstroom in 2001 and after finishing her Articles of Clerkship in 2004, Tasneem joined NOSA as a Legal consultant.

As Professional Assistant at Cameron Cross Attorneys, her portfolio included various issues pertaining to SHE Law, including auditing, opinion writing and litigation for clients.

Tasneem is the director responsible for Implex’s unique SHEQ Legal 24 hour call-centre called SHEQAssist.

Financial Director:

Ben Fouché – Dip SBus Mngt, MBA

Ben has a Diploma in Small Business Management and received an MBA from Bond University in Australia with either distinctions for Financial Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, E-Commerce, Services Marketing as well as for his thesis: A Business Plan on Wireless Internet.

He has qualified at the SABS in ISO9001:2000 & ISO14001:1996 and has assisted Foseco S.A in attaining Environmental management system (ISO 14001) certification.

At Implex, Ben is also responsible for the Financial and Marketing portfolios and the unique Implex 24 hour SHEQ Legal call-centre called SHEQ Assist.
